Workouts

The WholeBody Program is a subscription to a 3-day a week, functional movement training program written by a certified personal trainer and delivered straight to your inbox.

 

If you want effective and efficient workouts you can do in your home, at a gym, or anywhere you can take your phone – look no further.

 

Whether you’d like to look and feel stronger or stay in good health, WholeBody workouts guide you through the fundamentals of strength training and proper mechanics and into a sustainable workout routine.

WORKOUTS CONSIST OF

  • Warm-up
  • Core Tabata
  • Strength work
  • Accessory movements
  • Conditioning Circuit
  • Cool down

MINIMAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED

All movements can be modified to body weight only, but if you want to experience new movements each week the following would be most helpful!

 

Highly recommended:

  • Dumbbells (Barbells can be used)
  • Kettlebell (Dumbbell can be used)

 

Optional:

  • TRX or Rings
  • Ab Mat
