Bone broth is a great way to increase your protein intake and make your meals more nutritious. Bones are made of proteins and minerals that are essential for bodily functions and processes. The minerals found in bone such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and phosphorous are necessary for transmitting nerve impulses, muscle relaxation, cell hydration and ATP energy production.
