WholeBody Program – Wednesdays (ONLINE ONLY)




This six-week program combines an online workout program with the nutritional education of RESTART® – Worthwild’s 6-week whole-food education program focused on identifying factors that nourish and fuel your body and eliminating those that don’t.

Each week of the WholeBody Program Online, participants are emailed 3 WholeBody workouts and also partake in one 90-minute, RESTART® Class taught online by a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
