This six-week program combines the structure of small-group classes with the nutritional education of RESTART® – Worthwild’s 6-week whole-food education program focused on identifying factors that nourish and fuel your body and eliminating those that don’t.

Each week of the WholeBody Program, participants partake in two, one-hour training sessions led by a certified Personal Trainer, and one 90-minute RESTART® Class taught by a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
