Free Consultation

Let’s discuss your goals and needs and make sure Worthwild is a good fit for you before any formal process is started. If we decide Worthwild is not right at this time, you will be given resources and contact information to someone that is right for you. The free consultation is a great way to get started on journey, with Worthwild or otherwise.

Assessment

This evaluation let’s us both understand just what your body needs to meet your goals in the healthiest way possible. Using a combination of in-depth questionnaires, a functional evaluation, and a food journal/diary evaluation, we identify and assess any environmental, lifestyle and nutritional factors/challenges that may may silently be holding you back from your goals and best health.

Education

Education is the foundation of a successful process. Learn how food processes within your body and what foods serve you best. Whether it be through RESTART® classes or through our one-on-one Foundations sessions, learn about digestion, fat, and blood sugar and how to maintain health health and well-being with real food.

Coach For Life

Once we have finished our Foundation Sessions, we now focus even deeper on the skills and strategy you need to accomplish the goals inside of your individualized action plan and set you up with the strategy and mindset needed for a lifetime of health and longevity.
