DAILY FOCUS: Execute your meal plan and make the food you need to make beforehand, today. (5 points)
Think about what foods you need to have done and prepped for the week. Sometimes that doesn’t just mean the recipes you’d like to make but food-prep you know that if completed will help you eat healthier during the week. This can range from cutting veggies up to quickly add to meals during the week to cooking things like potatoes long before you need them for quicker use. Whatever you need to do, take that time and do it today. You’ll thank yourself later!
