Sundays are our prep days for the week, yes. However, we often need to make adjustments (and/or more food) during the week to make sure we can make conscious food choices through the weekend. Take today plan for your weekend. Going out with friends and don’t want to worry eating healthy? That’s your conscious decision and totally cool. However, your commitment to yourself, your goals and your health is larger than this one meal. Consistently eating 90% healthy on the weekends will help you reach your goals faster versus eating healthy for 0% of the weekend.
